Yesterday, Together As One visited Larry Falkin at the City Hall in Cincinnati, Ohio. Larry is the director of the Office of Environment and Sustainability (OES). Larry explained to me how climate change is affecting Cincinnati and its citizens. The two main effects are intense heat and increased flooding. We all are impacted by these changes in climate and he gave us things we can do to adapt. He also shared with me a new program "A Year of Living Sustainably". This is great way to start the year off by making positive changes to live greener in Cincinnati. Each month is a different theme with easy goals to obtain.
